The full process takes about 6– 7 months, from application to boarding your flight to Europe.

01 Application

02 Interview

Selected candidates will be invited for a personal interview with our Team in Ho Chi Minh City.

Second interview (if shortlisted) is conducted online with our Vienna office. If successful, you are almost on board.
03 Visa Processing

Document preparation (e.g. passport, certificates, medical exams, police clearances, etc.)

Document submission to authorities

German D visa application
-
Work permit coordination with authorities
Applicants are required to provide a valid email address.
Candidates are responsible for a processing fee. The processing fee covers administrative support, visa coordination, and placement services. The processing fee applies only to the first contract and will not be charged for subsequent contracts.
